The testing phase will help us uncover how user-friendly the new system is, and with your feedback, make improvements where necessary. We have attached a user guide to help assist you in using the portal for the first time. We will hold an official training once we launch the site to everyone. In two weeks, I’ll send out a survey evaluating your experience. Your feedback and participation in this test will greatly help us in creating a powerful, user-friendly site.
