Now, when you upload a POD template to Bynder, you can upload a template with gradients. For more on templates that you can upload yourself, see Prepare your InDesign package.
Now you can track the users (by userID) who have created an upload request to the waiting room or the asset bank. You can also filter for these users. This will help you to track users who, for example, uploaded a purchased image to the waiting room. For more information, see Bynder API v4.
If a job has been created using the API, a notification gets sent to the responsibles of stages in that job and the accountable of the job when the job is finished. Additionally, when a job is sent to the nest stage, we notify the responsibles of the current stage, the responsibles of the stage the job is being sent to and the accountable of the job. If you are creating a job based on a preset using the API, you can now copy the tasks you have in the preset over to a job. Try out this nice time-saver! For more information, see API v5.

Now, you can create a filter set and share it with single users, the whole team, but also specific groups and permission profiles. See Create, save and share your own selection of filters.
Now, you can see the actual date to know exactly when your waiting room requests were created. Simply hover over the " x days ago"date format to see the full timestamp.
We have added support for SVG and .sketch file previews. That gives you more control over your files in your asset bank, pod, and workflow. Previews are also generated if you upload files using Mass Uploader or Version Updater.

If you're an admin and for auditing or security reasons, you need to see the history of all the files transferred with Bynder Express in your portal, now you can do it. You need the Access to transfer history of all users that gives you an overview of all inactive, active, expired, non-expired, and canceled transfers made by all users. Now, if you download a file with XMP metadata, you can also decide to export the file's metaproperty values in a selected XMP namespace. In this way you do not any metadata that you added in Bynder. For more information, see Download assets with metadata.
To help you manage your file lifecycle, now, you can ask your team to provide an archive date when they upload or edit multiple files. In this way, the files you do not need are timely archived and do not clutter your portal. See Archive assets.
If you want to boost your Bynder security and allow your team to upload only specific types of files, create a whitelist and add these types to the list. Now, you can also add .key, .pages, and .notes so that they can be uploaded freely. For more on upload whitelist, see Add verification to file upload for extra security.
