Set up tutorial wizard for users

To help users get on board faster, we can enable tutorial wizard that is accessible from within Bynder.

Users can click on the tab to open a selection of trainings that will help them master basic features in their brand portal. They can also refer to FAQs to answer any questions they might have.

The tutorials are shown to users based on their permission profile. In this way users see only the trainings relevant to them. We can also switch the tutorials for a specific user profile. You can also customize the name that appears on the wizard button to make it more meaningful for your users. The name can be customized per language as well.

Make sure you have this feature enabled for your account. Contact your Bynder Customer Success Manager for information and help with the setup.
