Bynder Anaytics is a new and improved data visualization tool for measuring performance and usage of your DAM and Workflow module. We will roll out a Basic dashboard which is available free of charge, as well as an Advanced dashboard for any additional monthly costs.
With Bynder Analytics, we've improved the accuracy of metrics on top of providing more, visualizing each in a more effective way. We now include API actions and changed how we factor in some numbers. For example, we previously counted a download in which you selected ten files as one download, but now we count each file as an individual download. We want to make sure you're seeing the right data in the most user-friendly way possible, so you can make the right business decisions.
We're capturing data more accurately, and providing you with even more numbers, now visualized in stunning graphics and charts to highlight key numbers and data sets.
If you'd like access to additional metrics, please contact your Customer Success Manager or success@bynder.com
Bynder Analytics can be added to a Heavy User profile. Please make sure you have checked the View advanced reporting setting in your user profile.
We will start to roll out the Bynder Analytics Basic dashboard as soon as possible. No action is required from your end. Our Implementation team will make sure that the dashboard is up and running in your Bynder portal as soon as possible. If you would like to know more about the Advanced Dashboard, please contact your Customer Success Manager or success@bynder.com.
Yes, but please note Bynder Insights will no longer be available or supported as a legacy tool. If you have more questions, please contact your Customer Success Manager for more information.
