When a new user joins the brand portal, they can be asked to accept terms and conditions (or terms of use). See an example of terms and conditions below.
Who can create and update the Terms & Conditions?
Users with the following permission can create and update the Terms & Conditions:
Manage portal settings
Navigate to
Settings > Advanced settings > Portal settings.Click Terms & Conditions in the left sidebar.
Title: Enter or edit the title for the Terms & Conditions
Content: Enter or edit the title for the Terms & Conditions that you would like users to agree to.
Note: HTML can be added to the copy
Accept button: You can update the label of the Accept button.
Reject button: You can update the label of the Reject button.
Click Save.
Note: We do not currently support multiple languages in the Terms & Conditions.
