Brand colors

By setting up your brand colors you can make sure your Digital Brand Templates are consistent and align with your branding. Content creators can use these brand colors as font color for their content in Brand Guidelines.

Note

Setting up brand colors is only available for the advanced package of Brand Guidelines. Not on the advanced package yet? Contact your Customer Success Manager to discuss upgrading possibilities.

How to set up brand colors

  1. Go to the Brand Guidelines overview page of your portal and click the SETTINGS icon.

  2. Click the + Add color button.

  3. Enter the hex code of the color you want to add in the Enter hex code field.

  4. If the preview of the new color matches with your desired color click Save to add the brand color.

How to edit a brand color

  1. Go to the Brand Guidelines overview page of your portal and click the SETTINGS icon.

  2. Click the hex code of the color you want to modify and change the code.

  3. If the preview of the modified color matches with your desired color click Save to change the brand color.

How to remove a brand color

  1. Go to the Brand Guidelines overview page of your portal and click the SETTINGS icon.

  2. Hover over the color you want to remove and click the remove_brand_color.png icon to permanently remove the brand color.

    Note

    This action cannot be undone.

How to use brand colors

When you write content in Brand Guidelines you can use the available brand colors to color your text.

  1. Open the page in Brand Guidelines and go to the text widget where you want to apply a font color to your text.

  2. Select the text and click the font_color.svg icon in the WYSIWYG editor.

  3. Choose one of the available brand colors to set the font color for your selected text.

  4. (Optional) Repeat the previous step as often as necessary to apply different font colors to other parts of your text.

    Note

    You can only use the available brand colors to set the font color for text inside a text widget. Titles cannot have a different font color.
