Export user data

Would you like to have an export of your user data? In the User Management section of your portal you can request a CSV export, which will list all your users and their profile information. Find out below how you can create this export.

What is a CSV user export?

A CSV user export lists all the user data of the users in your portal.

By default the following fields will be available in a CSV export:

  • Full name

  • Username

  • Email address

  • Last login date

  • Whether the account is active or inactive

  • Country

  • Phone number

  • Job

  • Company Name

  • Department 

  • Number of logins

  • Permission profile

  • The user group(s) the user is part of

Optionally the following fields can be enabled for user profiles, which will automatically include them in the CSV export as well. Contact your Customer Success Manager or Onboarding Manager if you would like to have additional fields enabled for your portal.

  • Department code

  • Address

  • Postal code

  • City

  • Twitter account

  • Linkedin account

  • State

  • Fax

  • Opening hours

  • Office number

  • Cellphone number

  • Second address details

How to create a CSV user export?

Follow the steps below to create an export of your user data.

Note

All available user data will be exported. Any applied filters in the User Management screen will not be reflected in the CSV export.

  1. Go to settings_menu.pngSettings > Users & rights > User Management.

  2. Click Export to CSV. You will receive an email with a download link to download the CSV file.

  3. Open the download link and click the Download button.

Your file with the user data will be downloaded.
