Importing Sketch Files into Studio

In order to save time and resources, designers can import Sketch files directly to the DAM and files are automatically converted to a Studio design format. These source files can then be accessed and edited within Studio. Elements can be locked and the design can be saved as a template, for even more time saving.

Things to note prior to uploading:

  • The Sketch importer will support non, single, and multi-artboard files. Multi-artboard files will be imported as separate designs.

  • The Sketch files need to be uploaded to DAM first, and can be selected using the compact view.

  • The Sketch files need to be set to public in the DAM

    Tip

You can do this upon upload

  • Use the RGB color profile. CMYK files are not supported.

    Note

Bynder supports a max resolution of 4K and a file size of 2 GB.
